I believe Vitex is the "active" ingredent in FertilAid I've been taking. I'm told that too you have to wait 3 months before seeing any results. I'm almost done my 1st month. No signs of a period yet. I'm told if this doesn't work to just buy the vitex alone and take it as its less expensive.

i have been on vitex also known as chastetree berry for over a year it has helped me tremendously i used to have severe cramps vomiting the whole works for the first 2 days of my periods i do not have any of that anymore and it has regulated  my periods it comes around 29 days now it used  to be 43days the only problem is remembering to take it when i forget a few times in the month then my period would come around 30 - 31 days the most. but you have to be taking it at least 3 months before you begin to see results
