Weight lose

Hi my name is Danielle. I was diagnosed with PCOS when i was 14 now i am 20. Over the years i have noticed I have gained weight and not only have I noticed but everyone around me noticed...having people tell you your fat is not a good feeling. At first i brushed it off and bought new clothes but now i am getting to the point of I cant take this anymore. I am young i shouldnt be ashamed to take pictures, and put on swimsuits. But as most of us know it is really hard to lose weight. I have tried almost everything!! I am already borderline diabetic so i am afraid if i take the medicine the doctor prescribes i will become diabetic. Help me please at this point i will try anything!!!

No its an appetite suppressant and it worked great for me I loss 90lbs. in 5 months I worked out 5 days a week and watched everything I ate. I used myfitnesspal to keep track of my calories. You should ask your doctor about it.

My gyno explained it to me that pcos is kind of like a never ending circle we're fat because we have it and have it because we're fat... She told me that even if I was determined to strictly eat healthy and exercise I wouldn't loose any weight. She put me on phentermine. It works!

Hello.  I go through sort of the same struggle you do.  I lost a ton of weight following the "Low GI" diet.  Its Low Glycemic Index.  The diet itself shouldn't really be called a diet because its really just all of the foods you should be eating anyway...but who am I to say that?  The Low GI diet is great for people trying to stay away from getting Diabetes, and for people who have Diabetes.  Google the diet to pull up all the foods. It pretty much is a meal plan to curve your chocolate intake, take away your bad fats, increase good fats, and stay on better sugars.  (:  Hope this helps!!  I've lost 25 lbs. on this.  And I've never felt better!
