How do I keep my husband when I almost never want sex anymore?

I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago, and since even before then my sex drive is non-existent anymore. He can’t understand why and goes through periods of depression thinking I’m not attracted to him and just don’t want him. I love him with all of my heart and I don’t want to lose him, but I never think to initiate sex because I never really want it. How can I keep him from leaving me?

There are other things you can do, besides vaginal intercourse, that will make him very happy ;D

You can't. But i suggest talking with the doctor and take your husband so he can also get a professional to tell him this is why this and that is happening. And ask what questions he wants so he can be involved and understand what youre gping through also. I am the same way with my husband but i just tell him to do his thing (and hurry up if he can) and he's good with that. If you're not up for that then think of an alternative you both will be ok with. Good luck. Pcos isnt easy to deal with so hang in there.
