high prolactin level

I was suffering from irregular periods,doctor suggested me to take primolut n for 10 days..after 10 days I got my periods. And had a TSH,LH,FSH and prolactin test on second day of periods.. results are as TSH is 1.21 ,LH is 2.75,FSH is 4.54 and prolactin is 78.76.. I'm 25 years old and unmarried.. prolactin level is too higj from normal range.. is it dangerous for me..m too much worried about it.. what treatment would be better for it ???please suggest me
