Thank you for you insight. Wow, you were young when this happened to you, but I'm glad you are doing well. I agree nature walks, good energy and good friends and family definitely make all the difference. I've been calling on all my friends and family to get me through this. I am starting to feel better already. I"ve taken some natural supplements and done some energy healing which all made the difference.
Thanks again for your reply continued good luck to you on your journey.
In peace,
joan
Hi! I am 23 and I had a lap done almost four years ago. My right ovary was removed, together with 10 cm endometrioma cyst and endometriosis. Since then I am on Yasmin pills. Last year I had a punctuation done, because I have problems on my left ovary, too. After that, I was takinz Zoladex shots for six months and I was in a condition of an early menopause. During these four years I felt strange. I am more depressed and agressive than usual, I feel sad and hopeless and all of that is because of the hormones and everything that happened to me (on such a young age). But, I was taking these medications that I mentioned, so it's normal to feel that way and to have crazy hormones. I think that it's normal to feel a little bit strange and awful after (especially because it's not so much time after surgery, you have just had it and it's normal to feel like that first couple of days, it's not like that is your condition for good), because of the hormones and everything. I know that is not very pleasent, but I try to do some things that make me feel relaxed. I exercise yoga in daily life and it helps me with all that stress and bad energy. It's nice to take some walks in nature and to have fun with the closest family and friends. And, not to worry too much, of course! :-) I think that you are going to feel better very soon! Take care!
