ovacue monitor! did it work for you?

i am 31 and have been trying to concieve my 2nd child since oct. 2009. i have had 1 miss carriage in this time and 2 unsucsessfull IUI's. i have tried doing BBT and it doesnt work for me because my work schedule changes often and i cant measure at the same time every day. OPK's are hard to read i find unless you get the really expensive ones with the smiley face.

so i want to know if the Ovacue is really as good as they say. i have PCOS and i havent been able to pinpoint when i ovulate. is it worth the money and do you think it is better to rent or buy? i know i have to buy the vaginal sensor.
i appriciate any responses!

Hi There!

I according to the OvaCue ovulated precisely yesterday 8-22 on CD 11 and since I am a born skeptic I took 2 OPKs and it confirmed it so now I am on my 2WW. I am praying it worked for me. I will let you know! Have you ever tried herbal and vitamins to regulate ur hormones? I did and I had two regular cycles so far. If you want me to get into more detail on what I did let me know. Take care n God bless u!

HI,
The FDA-cleared OvaCue Fertility Monitor has been clinically proven to be 98.3% accurate in monitoring ovulation in studies sponsored by the National Institute of Health. Simply place a spoon-sized sensor on your tongue for five seconds each morning and the Ovacue will automatically record your fertile status for the day. The OvaCue tracks the readings in memory and indicates your most fertile days in an easy-to-read, color-coded calendar. It is sold with an optional vaginal sensor to retroactively confirm the date ovulation occurred.
Hope this helps.
