Please Help!

So I'm about 3 weeks preg with PCOS. I have been having cramps on and off for day just like normal AF cramps. But I just went to the toilet and when I wiped there was some red blood. Just a little bit only on one wipe.
What could this be, please help!

My gyn last time told me that if I had had intercourse the previous night and/or days it could well be from that...and it was!If it's just little blood there's nothing to worry about, but just to stay on the safe side, as your doctor... :)

Just wondering how you're getting on? I also had bad cramps and spotting in the early stages of my pregnancy. I had a scan but all was fine. I went on to have a happy and really good pregnancy. Good luck!

I had to use letrozole and the trigger. Which I'm lucky to say worked first go :) and I'm about 6 weeks now. Dying to have my first scan in two weeks.
