period blood clots

my name is lalita.. am now on my 7th day of period..bleeding is normal but am having medium size blood clots.. i know blood clots are normal and every time i have blood clots.. but from thepast 3 monthsi am using krimson 35 for regular periods and stopped them  last month.. and this month clots didnt stopped.. am not able to bear it and i have no pain and nothing.. just clots.. i want to stop it immedieatly because we are trying for children and so i dont want to use again contraceptive like krimson 35.. any one suggest me any tablet that stop my blood clota immedietely which is notcontraceptive and not harmful to me... because its my health issue... please reply me soon.. thanku in advance...

Sometimes the endometrium can become too thick. If you are filling up a pad within a few hours it would be a good idea to see your gyn. Sometimes different birth control pills can help regulate. If the endometrium is very thick it may require a D and C. The dr can prescribe medications such as megace to control the bleeding if severe for a short time. I have also seen IV Premarin given in the ER for severe bleeding. Just stay away from aspirin or other anticoagulants if they are not prescribed for a medical condition.

The clotting is normal it's your body expelling the lining of the uterus that occurs during your monthly cycle. I'm not aware of any medication that will prevent this from happening. It's actually a healthy thing that you have the clots. If the clots are really big then you should consult with you doctor.
