Tryin To Concieve

Anyone out there suffer a miscarriage in your early 40's after a healthy pregnancy. I am hoping to have another bundle of joy anytime from now until next year this same time in  either June or July. Is there anything I should be doing proactively to help this along?! I sooo feel like the clock is ticking :(

Hi, I'm 42 and surprised to find out I was pregnant. I'm 19  weeks and so far all going well. I did expect to misscarry. But this is my 6th with my husband. My biggest issue was my 20 yr old daughter. She didn't take the news well.  My husband who is older than me was shocked but has been really surpportive .
