By having sex every couple of days there will always be sperm waiting to meet the egg .I don't understand your second question sorry. Making baby's should be fun so try not to stress to much and just enjoy the ttc .

I'd start trying now and every couple of days after that. If its an app you are using and nothing else you must remember its a prediction of potential fertile days , to give your self the best chance i would not limit yourself to just these days incase you ovulate earlier or later than the predicted days.
