This is my 3rd child and i have symptoms of preterm labor. Menstral like cramps, low dull back pain, and allot of pelvic pressure

If the pains are regular and the same time apart get yourself to the hospital. I had that with my second but there are things they can give you to stop contractions. They will also give you a shot to help babys lungs mature just in case. The sooner you get to hospital the higher the chances of them being able to stop preterm labor. If you do end up delivering though you are not far off being full term so your baby should be fine. Good luck
