how long should i what to find if im pregant

my belly been hurting for about 5 days and been feeling dizzy and i took a early pregancy test and it said negative but when i came pregant with my first child it didn't show up untill i was 3 months i been feeling bad latey and been filling sick of the moring i have the boys and after the 3rd one i had my tubes was tied with the first baby boy i was on high risk he almost came 3 months early and they had to give me something to stop my labor if he was born then he only would weigh 3lbs and with my second boy he had acid refuse and now he is 4 and he got all kind of problems he always got to go to the doctor and my 3rd boy he weighed 8lbs so he was a big boy now he will be 3 in dec and i just was wondering if i still am pregant if the test came out negative?

Testing early is not always reliable.  However, tests taken on the day your period is due, or within a day or two after are very reliable now.  Even the least sensitive of them pick up HCG levels of 100 or less, so there is no way you would have to wait until 3 months for an accurate test these days.  Wait until the day your period is due, then try again using first morning urine and a more sensitive test.  My favorite is the First Response brand.  I will say though that if you had your tubes tied, although possible, it is not very likely.  It does happen though. And if you still get a negative say a week after your period is due but get a negative...see your health care provider for a blood test. Pregnancies after a tubal tend to be ectopic and the earlier it is detected the better
