39 weeks & keep feelng pains ...

Hi, im 39 weeks & all day today ive been feeling a sharp pain in my vagina . Sometimes when the baby moves . When it happens i feel like grabbing something real tight is that normal, is that part of labor ? What does it mean ?

i agree with stacey! just another fun aspect of being pregnant. but don't get too excited yet that happened to me about 6 weeks before my daughter was born but you won't have to wait more than 3 weeks being that you're already 39 weeks.

This will be from the baby moving its head on your pelvic floor muscles, kind of like an electtric shock sensation, just another fun thing to deal with as your pregnancy comes to an end :) its good though that means baby is getting ready for birth and is getting low :)
