I am 8 1/2 weeks pregnant and my levels last week were HCG: 51223, Progesterone:112.5 and Estradiol:1877. This week it is 86187, 95.8 and 1592. Why are the #s going lower?

I am so concerned as I have had 3 prior miscarriages. My nurse said since I did IVF and I had extra cysts that as the cysts go down, those #s will too

Is this bad? I have no pregnancy symptoms but there was a fetal heart rate of 158 last week

That heart rate sounds really good!  I wouldn't worry about those numbers, they are so arbitrary and every pregnancy is different.  If you had cysts they produce and release hormones so as they disappear you can expect some dropage.

consider yourself lucky without the symptoms, some people out there are really struggling.

I have read (and I'm sorry I can't tell you where) that the mc rate after hearing a good solid heartrate drops to something like 5%, as opposed to 20% before hearing that heartbeat.  After the first trimester it is supposed to drop to 1%.  You're moving in the right direction.

I am hoping like everything to get a nice strong heartbeat tomorrow and to see somebody just starting out on their grand journey!

Good luck.  Keep up updated.
