Pregnant again

Hi, I am currently on maternity leave and my son is 8 months. I am due to go back to work at the end of the year. I have just found out I am pregnant again, I am very excited, but nervous about telling my employer. Can anyone tell me by law when do I have to tell them I am pregnant?

I'm sorry no..the laws here in Holland are different I suspect.  Maybe it's an idea to tell your nationality so you'll get adequate answers about the law there?
