Thanks for the reply. So both are anyway not so good uterus am I right? I read that endometriosis could be an autoimmune disease and could cause implantation failure.
I was wondering if fibroids are also abnormal immune kind of disease? Because I have hypothyroidism which is autoimmune disease and also small fibroid which is almost gone because of meds. I was wondering if all this is linked. Thanks.
Ditto to what they said. I have fibroids, and the only time they become a bit painful is around AF time. I find I am little crampier then I used to be. Other then that, no big deal. Depending on location and size they can sometimes interfer with implantation, but an ultrasound can easily determine if that is the case and they can be removed. In my case that was not necessary.
Yes, and endometriosis is very painful, often causing fertility problems. Fibroids are usually not a problem unless they get very big.
endometriosis is inlammation and thickening of the endometrium (the lining of the uterus)
fibroids are benign masses that grow in the uterus.
