I have sardines almost once a week! I love them and they are really good for you. Good protein, lot of iron and calcium, low mercury. Enjoy!
ugghhh I think I'm gonna be sick.....LOL but I do think it's ok and tuna is in moderation no more than 1 10oz can a week
haha... sardines is the last thing on earth that sounds good...
