I went to my ckeck up 7Oct and dr gave me tablets to prevent premature labor and said I should'nt HV sex till I give birth. He true is that sex could cause premature labor?

Yes,  it is true.  It can cause your uterus to contract, and start labor.  
It's not worth the  risk.
