Well, technically speaking no, however, lots of men have what are referred to as "sympathy symptoms".  Every women has slightly different pregnancy symptoms, and it seems that most men that experience these have pretty much the same as their partners.  Nausea and cravings seem to be common ones.  I think it's nice....it shows a man who is very in tune with his partner, and probably very caring.
