WHERE CAN I FIND A DECENT DIAPER BAG THAT INCLUDES THE CHANGING PAD FOR A BOY(THATS NOT TO HIGH)

Walmart has several different kinds. The bag I bought has the pad and several other things that will come in handy. It was less then 25 dollars

I found the cutest one at kmart for 16$ it had changeing pad when I got home I realized it matched some baby stuff my friend had gotton me:)

My sister got me one at Fred Meyer.... But you could check target or online like eBay or amazon.
