A lot of HIV positive women have babies now, and there are all sorts of things they can do to ensure both your partner and baby are safe, and don't get infected. Before trying to get pregnant though, you really need to have a conversation with your dr.  Otherwise you are putting all of them, including yourself, at risk.

Good luck.

ummmmm probably should be having protected intercourse so that your partner doesn't become infected... also you need to think about who will care for your child when you can't
