High FSH Level at 27 Years of age

I was just notified that my FSH level is 43. I am only 27 years old, and I am pretty much clueless what this means. I know from some research that it is pretty high. I want to have a child soon, and for some reason, I have a bad feeling about this. Please, can anyone give me some direction?
