Honey

Can you have honey when your pregnant? I know babies can't but not sure if we can.

It's fine for you to have it babies just can't directly ingest it since their immune system is still developing your breastfeeding milk isn't affected by it.

Wut about during breastfeeding?  Babies cnt have it during the first year of life.  Im almost , nd must know because i like honey in my tea.
