I am 48 and i haven't had a period for 4 months now. Is it still possible to get pregnant?

Yes, you could still get pregnant, but the best is to go to your OB/GYN. You could be early menopause. Have an ultrasound to see if you still have eggs.

IF you still have AF then yes is can happen I would take a test, best of luck to you!
