You ladies really can get me laughing!!!!! I too am at the end of my rope with the weight gain. I have gained 46 pounds. My last visit that is done weekly now I gained 6 pounds.(in one week) Now that was freightening. After I thought about it I think it has something to do with the pre-eclampsia issues that are brewing. If this is the cause then it is fluid and I should lose it once I deliver.
The belly flab is a one of a kind and if you have never experienced this you could not understand the humor.......First time mommys if you think you look big and fat being pregnant wait until you deliver and they forget to do a complimetary tummy tuck .lol
Serious first time moms if you breast feed you baby you will slim down quickly. Dont get discouraged......youll lose most of it.
This is pretty funny,,,,,,My husband and I are not very modest with each other anymore. If he is in the bathroom while Im getting out of the shower Ill "pretend" Im slightly disgusted with my legs or something. Ill ask him "do you think my legs look like they have gotten bigger? " Hell always say "no not really." I used to have very nice legs...They have always had a nice shape to them and now they look like trunks, Im pregnant with a girl and my body has spred out a little different than while I was pregnant with my boys. Still is not what I expected not as bad. Ill ask hubby if he thinks my butt looks good still and he always answers Yes. Then Ill laugh at him and tell him he is not a good liar. Ill kiss him and tell him I appriciate his effort. I just get a good laugh out of putting him on the spot for a touchy subject that involves a crazed pregnant lady.
I hear you all, I'm in the same boat, I feel like a live budha walking around, everyone wanting to rub my big round belly for luck!

don't you just hate the pregnant women that friggin look like a meatball sitting on toothpics????
I see my upper thigh and i just lost the count on how many holes i have on them now.... =( lovely!!!
Sheila... thanks for the input girlfriend!!!! *sarcastic pad on shoulder*
I look at my thighs when I am sitting down and I just go... gosh they look like huge sausages... dh hasn't made a move in over 3 weeks so I know he is thinking the same thing haha... he is very affectionate but it stops there... he did say.. you have done a good job not gaining very much weight... but I said just wait.. and he said.. oh your going to gain more??? haha... he is so clueless about pregnancy...
In this last month, from the waist down, I have gotten huge. My thighs, calves, ankles and toes all look completely overgrown, fat and pudgy. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK, YUCK... I don't even recognize my body.. it is strange.
HA! I look like one of those fertility goddess statues. The one's with the boobs, belly, big butt and thighs. I know I'm right too because when I told dh, he just laughed. There's no denying it!
OOH it gets better LOL....the empty belly flab after delivery
Oh, I hear that. It is just disgusting isn't it? Of all the weight gain, the worst is the legs rubbing together. Uggh.
