I'm in 2nd trimester and my doctor just told me that not every night but every once in a while I could take a benadryl or Tylenol pm if I can't sleep. ask your doctor if that's ok in your case. It works btw. I take it maybe once a week especially if I've been up past 2am a few nights in a row...
I drank sleepy time tea my last trimester, my doctor said it was ok. Just not every night, only once or twice a week.
I would just do a warm peppermint tea or something like that to relax you. Like a non caffeine one. I wouldn't risk it.
I was told chamomile caused my miscarriage in feb. I had the flu during my first trimester and drank tea with it in there and I lost the baby. Idk if thats what really caused it or if the doctor was assuming. Just be careful with it and when in doubt always ask a doctor
