Symptoms at 4 weeks vs 5 weeks?

Has anyone had cramping in 4th week with NO breast tenderness but by the 5th week cramping went away and breast tenderness and fullness began?

Yes I made me nervous that was happening. I think I read that it is the uterus expanding that can cause this. I'm glad that part is over for sure.
