This is my 1st baby im 33weeks3days I just got home from the hospital the doctor stop my labor and put me on bed rest also my baby was head down 3 weeks ago now turned any suggestions on how to turn him around  I really don't want a c section

Perhaps try to focus your mind on what's important- getting your beautiful baby a bit more close to term. If you end up with a caesarean and a healthy baby and you are healthy too then that won't be the end of the world... If you can get a few more weeks along that will be good for bubs. Baby may turn all on its own in that time anyway :-) We put such high expectations on ourselves to have a perfect pregnancy/labour.  The outcome is what's important :-) good luck

Your only 33 weeks.  Rest up and hope baby does not come early.  He has time to move.

If she is now on bed rest, I am pretty sure sex of any kind is out. Plus sex can restart the contractions. ..that they just stopped for her.

have sex doggy style ... or get ib your hands and knees and roll your stomach just basically make round belly movements to help him turn
