BBT question of the day

Ok, I read on what looked like a reputable website that for every hour you wake up before your normal temp time you add .2 to your temp so if you usually temp at 7:00 and you wake up at 4:00 you should add .6 to your waking temp.
Can anyone confirm that one?
Lisa

| am so confused with all this as well.  My chart is all over the map..I think I am just going to stick with my smiley faces...

I did read something similar, but it said .5 every hour...so I don't know.

I don't think BBT is an exact science since too many factors affect it.
