I just got back from the hospital there not sure why I'm in so much pain they said it comes with the pregnancy & i understand that but this is my second child and I didn't nearly have this much. Complications the first time,my drs suck BTW & couldn't give me any information or any pain medication or recommendations. They gave me a slight massage and sent me on my way I'm still dizzy, still have shortness of breath & a headache &extreme back pain..

Find out if it's your kidneys causing the pain first. If it's not kidneys then sit down as much as possible. Wear expensive comfort shoes no flip flops. Shoes with even small heels can shift your pelvis and add to back strain. Some people like belly bands to support the belly weight better. Acupuncture helped my pain and massage did too but cost more. Sleep in a way that takes pressure off your back. Some people sleep in a recliner or with pillow between knees. If it hurts all the time the same or is throbbing I would be worried about kidneys. Make sure you don't have kidney infection bc infections are a huge deal with pregnancy.
