If you start to have cramping or bleeding make sure you go to the hospital. I fell when i was pregnant with my first and thankfully he was fine. Hes an energetic bright 4 yo now.

You fell?! Omg how scary! I always worried about that during my pregnancy that's why I walked super slow. My coworker warned me to watch out for little running kids that could knock me down. I remember several times that almost happened. One in particular at the movie theater. A couple of brats were racing each other to the bathroom and I happened to come out at the same time they were coming in. I yelled like a crazy pregnant woman I was so upset. Then I remember a couple of co-workers, one in particular always rushing through the hallways at work. One time he came in the door as I was going out and he didn't even stop. I said wow you in a hurry! Don't knock me down, I'm pregnant! They all finally got the hint.  Being being preggo I was like a bumper magnet. So my advice to you, is be careful next time! If you suspect something, you should definitely contact labor and delivery.
