Is anyone considering a birthing center
My sis did it with her last baby and loved the experience. I am more high maintenance due to some other complications. Take a tour and decide for yourself what is best for you.
I have. You should be able to call and schedule an introductory appointment and go in and see the facility. The one I went to showed me the birth rooms, introduced me to one of the midwives, talked to me about their prenatal care, postnatal care, their policies on how they screen and accept low risk patients, which hospital they would take me to in case of emergency, price packages, insurances they accept, other services like home births, etc. I found it very informative and it helped me make my decision.
