hello me and my fiancee want a baby and im 42 gettin ready to turn 43 and he is 29 and i want to get it done as soon as possible before i get to old ...... i am on fertilalty pills what more can i do please hepl

Hello, welcome to the forum! I concur with IsabelleCanada, I'm not sure what your instructions are under your current doctor, but I would do whatever he/she recommends, since you are already on fertility treatment. The rest is up to Mother Nature. Best of luck TTC!!
your doctor gave you fertility pills so he/she must have a plan for you... you should ask him/her what he/she intents on doing, how long should you take these pills for until you move on to the next thing... there are so many treatments that you can try but a doctor is the only person who can recommend a plan of action since he/she would know your personal medical history...and fertility issues are often related to age but it could be something else too (your 29 year old husband could have low sperm coutn or poor motility for example!)
