duphaston is safe even your pregnant?..

I'm delay almost 2weeks but in pregnancy test it is negative.my ob suggest take DUPHASTON to have a menstruation.but i'm worrying, if i'll take it.what if i'm pregnant, because sometimes, pregnancy test is wong.what happen to my baby?..is there a side effect to my baby?..please answer my question.thank u..

thank you so much..but i have a problem again, i forgot to take duphaston yesterday in the evening, only 1 tablet that i take in the morning. doctor says 2 x a day.if its okay or there's no side effect if i missed to take a tablet in that day.?

Duphaston is safe in pregnancy. In fact I was prescribed duphaston after I was tested to be positive. I continued it for the entire first trimester. Now i 'm 33weeks pregnant and the baby is fine.
