Even if you drive yourself to the hospital,  you won't be able to drive yourself home so you'll have to figure out how someone else is going to get your car home.

Your water breaking doesn't equal immediate contractions. In fact, labor will probably start before your water actually breaks. Use your own discretion on weather you think driving yourself is appropriate or not. Labor tends to take hours to become active once it starts.. especially if it's a first pregnancy. Movies and hollywood really give first time mom's a bad impression of how most labors actually down. Most of what you see is unrealistic.

You can if you're not freaking out or in terrible pain where you can't drive because you are so distracted or squirming around. If you are then I suggest calling a family member,a friend,a neighbor,or 911

I drove myself to the hospital with my first.... I would say it was only a couple miles though.  Prob depends on if you are having big contractions.
