So I went on YouTube and watched a woman give birth.
BIG MISTAKE!
I'm only 13+2 and I've terrified myself already!
Oh well, it's got to be done!

My friend told me to YouTube "one born every minute" what a terrible idea that was. It's just women screaming and going through pain. Definitely regret watching it..I'm giving myself such anxiety about labor and delivery it keeps me up at night and gives me nightmares.
Everyone's experience is different. Dont let a bunch of videos scare you. It's all upto you to make it a positive and memorable experience. :)
