constipation?

Hey ladies I am 25 weeks and suffering the last couple days with constipation any good remedies to help cause its horrible:(

I had the same issue and my Dr has me on Colace twice a day and 100 ounces of water

I had that problem and was told bt my OB 4-6 oz 100% white grape juice and fiber a day...I stuck to a small bowl of raisin bran and the juice and have had no problems since.

Lots of fiber. Fruits and vegetables should help along with lots or water.
