i got inseminate on wed the 24th, i took a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive could that be true,, i have been giving myself injections prior to the insemination,, on monday 1 week ago i gave myself a hcg injection then on wed got 10million sperm inseminated into 6 good follicles.. could that be a true positive, i go on the 8th for a blood test.. what do you think

It always took about 10 days after I took the HCG injection for it not to show up on a pregnancy test, so i would say your positive is probably from that...

7 days may be to early, it could be the HCG that you are picking up, when I had my IUI it took 10-`14 days to get out of my system.. good luck to you

I don't know a lot about insemination, but I would think its a bit early?  I know that HCG injections can give false positives, but I am not sure how long the effects last.  I sure hope its a positive for you though.  Maybe ask your Dr. for a bloodtest to be sure?
