Would my dr induce me on my due date?

The doctor doesn't actually decide the exact date, he has confirm with hospital that a room will be open for you to be induced. He can ask the hospital but it ultimately decides if they have an open room to reserve for you.

I am due on Christmas day and I kind of want him to be born being it was my grandpa's favorite holiday and he isn't here to share this experience with me but it would be something he would of loved

It depends on your doctor. I spoke to my doctor being induced if baby decides not to come because my husband will be with for delivery time and he will be staying for limited time.
