missed two periods november and did a test on 3 december which was negative  did a test 11 january now positive is this possible to be pregnant

If you had a positive pregnancy test, it seems likely to me.  See a Dr. and he or she can run bloodwork to confirm.  False negatives on home pregnancy tests are certainly not unheard of, but false positives are unusual.  I would say Congratulations!!
