Hi Jassi, sounds like you are very confused about whether you did the right thing by having the D&C. Its a life long committment and you need to be in it 100%. Do you want to have another baby? The depression you are feeling is due to all the hormonal changes your body is going through and that is normal. I would use protection, give yourself time to heal both emotionally and physically before you consider to get pregnant again. I believe the chaces of miscarrying do increase slightly, but you also have a good chance at a successful pregnancy even though you have had many D&C's. I have had 3 miscarriages and 2 successful pregnancies. I just had my 3rd miscarriage 3 weeks ago, am 41 and my chances at this age are 1 out of 2 that I will miscarry. We are going to give it one more try and see what happens. Good luck and I'll be thinking of you.
