I have pcos and have been lucky enough to get pregnant twice. My first little girl is almost 2 and im 37 weeks with my second little girl. I had no issues getting pregnant the first time and the second was a huge surprise. My cousin on the other hand also has pcos and had to go through invetro. Eveyone is different and it depends on your symptoms and type of pcos.

Talk to your doctor. They will put you through some tests and them maybe give you chlomid. That's what they did for me ( I have it too) and after 1 round of chlomid I was preggers!
