Today is officially my due date and still no baby , i lost my mucus plug at 36 weeks and have been having alot of trouble going to the bathroom , having alot of pressure dow there , ive tried sex and still no baby . what can i do to induce labor ?

Try going for a nice long walk and/or bouncing on a yoga ball..

You will go when baby is ready or they induce. Stop rushing mother nature.

Due dates are only estimates. Every baby needs a different amount of time to cook. I know how uncomfortable it is in the end but try to stay active. I went 9 days overdue with my first but it was worth it to have a perfectly healthy baby.

I'm 38w 1d and asking the same thing. I plan to clean and walk today in hopes of a baby before Husband goes back to work. I'm afraid to go into labor with just me,my 2yo & 11mo here.

All my doctor told me to help within the last few weeks was walking, squats and sex. Other than that baby is going to come whenever they please:)
