Eat at least 5 times(small portions) everyday snack btw meals stay away from.carbs and ull c results in a week no joke;)
Honey, all those pills and magic powders area huhuge scam, and they can be really dangerous. Do not waste your money on them, and especially don't risk your health. The truth is, nothing works better than eating healthy and working out. Cut out the junk food, eat real non processed food and eat regularly (do not starve yourself) walk, jog, swim..whatever you do it will benefit you.
There is no easy way, but trust it's worth it. You will feel much better and the confidence you will gain by working hard is great.
I think pills suck. Medifast is a really great diet and i lost 40lbs in 3 1/2 months on it. And thats with only exercising 20mins everyother day. Plus its much healthier than pills.
I did the weight watchers points online for 3 months and lost 40 pounds and still ate all that I selected! It was very easy, never hungry, and quick results and a new way of life!!
