I took a contraceptive dat was 5yrs ago and I want to get pregnant how am i going to go about it.

At times my menses will stop for months and it will seems as if am pregnant but after running test n scan it will be negative.

I use the natural method for birth control I found out after my last pregnancy my chemistry changed and I actually ovulate 3-4 days earlier than before so my natural birth control method has blessed us with a daughter due sept.

Look up an ovulation calculator. That's what I did. It said I should ovulate between the 22-27 of January. So on all of those days I had sex twice a day everyday and held my legs in the air for 20 minutes so his *** wouldn't come out Haha sounds silly but its how I've gotten pregnant both times. In February I took a test and I was pregnant.

Download an ovulation app. That should help you to keep track of your periods and it will also let you know when you are most fertile, so you can try conceiving on those days :) hope that helps
