sleepless night help!!!
Im a first time mommy and my baby is a week old and will barely sleep at night. Andbody have any suggestions to do to get her to sleep? This no sleeping is taking its toll on me.
My daughter wouldnt sleep when she was born ether! The thing i found that helped her go to sleep is a lavender bath or i cant remeber what its call its by johnson&johnsons its a bed time bath soap. I would bath her in it and swaddle her tight then warm milk. She would go right to sleep! Or if that didnt work lol i would put her in a wicker basket with a soft blanket around her and put her on my drier! Lol the noise and movement would make her go to sleep!
Swaddling is a good trick. You can also try to put her to sleep some where else. My daughter didn't like sleeping in her bassinet or crib but loved sleeping in her car seat and swing. My son didn't sleep any where but his swing. Good luck
