Omgoodness, is that why I wake up with dry mouth sometimes or sometimes I wake up in the middle of night because I've stopped breathing?
Omg I'm 9 months with my first I'm due on the 23rd and I snore all the time that it **** me off lol my boyfriend got use to it but at first he hated it
Try propping up on pillows. The extra weight shifts up toward your chest when you lay flat and causes your airway to constrict. If you're like me and the pillows just end up on the floor then just fold up a couple of blankets with some extra pillows and prop up the top of your whole matress. Even a small incline will help a lot. You may still snore a little with all your organs being squished up in one area but at least most of the pressure will move back down towards your belly so it won't be as bad. :)
Me too. Lol snored all the time at the end of my last pregnancy. Woke myself up I was so loud. Yes, it does go away thankfully.
This is perfectly normal. While pregnant our nasal passages get inflamed. I believe it's a result of the fluctuations in hormones. It should pass I've baby is born.
Haha I woke myself up all the time with my snorts!
Thank GOD! Snoring next to your husband at night its not appealing or cute in any way Lol.They should be the only ones making does sounds :-P
I snored toward the end of my first pregnancy. It's because of the extra weight. Yes, it will go away after you have the baby. Good luck!
