ttc with one ovary

Please help. When I had my first I wasn't even trying at 24.  I got pregnant again at 25 without trying.  I took time to raise my sons and now want one more.  My dr gave me clomid and nowi have an almost 30cm cyst.  I have to have it removed surgicaly.  I tried but failed to get pregnant until october, it ended in a chem preg.

I will most likely lose the ovary and I'm devistated.  Where do I begin with only one ovary?

Im 37...thx to clomid im havibg #2...only having one ovary wont really change muxh...i only have one tube...had my left removed 20 years ago thanks to a rogue cyst that did a lot if damage...and my left ovary tends to hide and isnt remotely where its supposed to be...i guess it knows it really has no job...i have a two year old and im 29w3d with #2...at 37 yrs old with only one working side!! Again i had to use clomid both pregnancies...but...its TOTALLY possible and very realistic!!
