A sport bra is really comfortable to wear in this situation
I was super tired first trimester and boobs hurt bad until about 18 weeks. Then they just felt fine. Much bigger and heavier but I don't wince taking my bra off anymore. Lol
I had severe, fatigue first trimester. Ask your Dr. to do a blood draw to test for Anemia. Fatigue is common in early preg. but if you are anemic, it is worse. Dr. can get you on correct dose of Iron supplement and good pre-natal vitamin to help.
You also want to make sure you are eating healthy, well balanced diet....skip the processed foods and be sure you eat a little protien at each meal/snack.
My breasts hurt so bad for so long and then about 16 weeks they just stopped hurting....so then I freaked I was losing baby...breast tenderness should pass. If it feels better to keep bra on, do it or try soft sports bra at night
I had the same symptoms that early too, even before my missed period. I'm at 10 weeks now and the breast sensitivity has gotten better, although it's still there somewhat and I'm pretty exhausted. I found yoga bras to be a lifesaver especially for sleeping - they're softer and a lot less constricting, less fabric than sports bras. I have no idea why websites recommend sports bras - like you want your poor boobs mashed down and together? Feel better!
Rest and warm wash clothes.
Try a hot cloth that worked for me.
