Too Old?

Just found out I'm pregnant with my third. I'm going to be 39 when this baby is born.  My younger is going to be 6. I think I'm too old for this! Anyone else start over older in life? Curious how hard this is going to be.  TIA

I know exactly how u feel I'm 35 pregnant now with my 5th child. Due in June, and my youngest is 12 yrs old. So yeah u can say this is definitely a shocker and I get upset alot and then I realized that God does everything for a reason and he knows what's best for me and makes no mistakes. So I just take it as a blessing. However congratulations

I know how you are feeling. On Tuesday Ill be 40 years old and at 17wks. My daughter is goning to be 18 on the 30th of January. I'm starting all over again. This time around i want to know the sex of the baby just to have everything ready. I have lots of new test that i have to take due to my age. I had high blood pressure in my 1st trimester and now at my 2nd trimester they just told me my heart is beating too fast. Lots of things go through my mind. But I know im in God's hands and thats what keeps me going. Must b harder for you to have a young one but everything will work out.

No you're not too old" I'm 37 will be 38 in June. I've had 3 m/c's.....one at 7wks, one at 18wks(girl), one at 16wks (boy) and a chem this past June2016. So feel privileged and your 6yr old will be able to help out.  P.S. We're still TTC

I am 38 years old & pregnant with my 3rd...actually my 4th. My 3rd child died at birth. My youngest now will be 8 years old. I did not think I would be pregnant again. Cause I've lost 2 pregnancies. One died at birth & the other was a miscarriage. I am so scared right now. After a long time being pregnant again.

My mum had me when she was 39 and even though it seems like a big age difference she is the best friend I've ever had. Must have done something right!

I'll be 42 by the time my baby is born and have the same worries and concerns. This definitely was not planned but I welcome God's blessing! I have two sons already ages 16 and 10. Just praying for a healthy baby and safe delivery.

I'm 42 with an 8 month old, a 12 year old and a 22 year old.  I feel more equipped to be a better mom than ever.  Being older rocks!  Just stay health and take care of yourself too.  I'm so grateful for my kids.  All of them!  Being old is a state of mind!

I lost my daughter July 29,2014@ 23wks gestation. Grace Lynne took a couple of deep breaths and died 5 minutes later in my arms.I got pregnant again at 40, and gave birth to a happy, healthy baby girl (EveLynne Grace) on December 5, 2015. 17 days before my 41st birthday. Now at 41 I am 8 weeks pregnant, due to give birth October 10, 2017.Its so crazy, I tried for more than 10 years to conceive with my husband, and although he had a son from a previous relationship, it never happened. We had a few m/c, but all were at early pregnancy. I left my husband, and I have been pregnant 3 times in four years, I guess you never know. I worry tremendously, because I am high risk, and have many health issues. I always just think in the back of my mind the old saying "GOD NEVER gives us more than we can handle", and I live one day at a time. Good luck to all!!!!

Well Im 37 and if we are preggo currently 4dpo, then I will be 38 when my lil one gets here. And Im super excited as we are TTC after 3 miscarriages and 1 chemical last July. God has it all in control and I believe that. Although I don't understand why I had to miscarry and never will . I just than Him for another opportunity to try. So with that being said I don't think you're too old maybe you weren't expecting it but not too old. God knows

I'm 41 and will be 42 when I deliver my 3rd son which was not planned. My others are ages 17 and 10 so I fully understand your worries and concerns. Just look at it as an unexpected blessing and thank God in advance for trusting you to do this all over again.
